Meet The
Little Things Team

Our Story

The tale of us...

The story of our business at Little Things Support Services is about dedication, passion, and a strong commitment to making an impact in the NDIS community. Founded in 2024 by two resilient women, Susan and Jessica, our venture began in the Geelong Region with a common goal to focus on the important details that address industry shortcomings, leading to the development and success of our brand.

Motivated by a strong longing to make a positive difference in people's lives, we started on this journey with the strong conviction that even the slightest actions can result in meaningful outcomes. As committed members of the NDIS community, we strive to implement thoughtful solutions to ensure every detail is accounted for. Our main objective is clear yet impactful: to improve the quality of life for participants and their families by providing tailored support that exceeds expectations.

Our journey began amidst an unexpected circumstance when we found ourselves suddenly redundant.

Rather than allowing this obstacle to discourage us, we decided to view it as a chance to keep  supporting the community we care deeply for, Rather than it a setback in our lives.

At Little Things, we have a strong belief that bringing together and concentrating on the small, significant details can create meaningful and enduring positive impacts on the individuals we support.

During our adventure, we have found that in addition to our unique skills, enthusiasm, and knowledge, we also have similar characteristics and objectives in this field.

Our bond has grown stronger as we've faced obstacles together, marked achievements, and been there for each other through it all.

The understanding of our combined abilities and shared goals has played a key role in forming the basis of Little Things Support Services.

As we keep developing and changing, our friendships and common goals still hold great significance in all our endeavours.

As a team, we are dedicated to offering individualised assistance and creating a positive impact within the NDIS community.

     Meet The Little Things Team

Our team of devoted Support Workers are always delivering outstanding NDIS support, based on our shared pursuit of excellence.

With a strong sense of passion guiding us, we come together with a common goal to support participants and their loved ones, guaranteeing their health and happiness are our top concern.

Every team member brings a different set of skills, backgrounds, and viewpoints, creating a vibrant and encouraging atmosphere that promotes collaboration.

Central to our strategy is highlighting the small details, which may appear insignificant but can profoundly affect the people we help.

We acknowledge that it is usually these minor actions, considerate thoughts, and customised details that really have an impact.

Our team aims to offer more than just care, but authentic support that caters to the distinct needs of every participant and their family.

Collaboratively, we strive endlessly to go beyond expectations, with the goal of surpassing the high standards of excellence in providing NDIS support.

With our combined dedication and commitment, we strive to have a positive and enduring impact on those under our care, improving their lives to the best of our abilities.
