Meet The
Little Things Team

Our Story

Where Little Things Began...

Little Things Support Services was founded in 2024 in the Geelong Region by Susan, Georgia and Jessica, united by a shared passion for supporting people and a strong belief that the little things can make a meaningful difference.

The business began during an unexpected period of change, when we found ourselves made redundant. Rather than allowing this experience to become a setback, we chose to see it as an opportunity to continue supporting the community we cared deeply about and to create a service built around the values we believed were important within the NDIS sector.

From the beginning, our vision was simple:

"To focus on the person, pay attention to the details and provide support that genuinely makes a difference."

We recognised that meaningful outcomes are often created through the things that may appear small - the right support worker, a familiar routine, taking the time to listen, understanding an individual's preferences, building trust or noticing when something isn't quite right.

These details matter.

Our Journey

Since its establishment, Little Things Support Services has continued to evolve and grow.

As the business has developed, the original founding team has changed, and Susan is now the sole Director and Manager of Little Things Support Services.

Today, Susan has sole responsibility for the leadership, management and day-to-day operations of LTSS, including oversight of the supports and services delivered to participants.

While the structure of the business has changed, the purpose behind Little Things Support Services remains the same:

"To provide professional, person-centred and individualised support while paying attention to the details that can make a meaningful difference ina person's life."

Our Journey has reinforced the importance of resilience, accountability, genuine relationships, and continually striving to do things well.

As LTSS continues to grow, our focus remains firmly on the people we support, the families who trust us and the professional relationships we build with those working alongside our participants.

The little things matter. And we believe getting them right can make a big difference.

As a team, we are dedicated to offering individualised assistance and creating a positive impact within the NDIS community.
