The tale of us...
The story of our business at Little Things Support Services is about dedication, passion, and a strong commitment to making an impact in the NDIS community. Founded in 2024 by two resilient women, Susan and Jessica, our venture began in the Geelong Region with a common goal to focus on the important details that address industry shortcomings, leading to the development and success of our brand.
Motivated by a strong longing to make a positive difference in people's lives, we started on this journey with the strong conviction that even the slightest actions can result in meaningful outcomes. As committed members of the NDIS community, we strive to implement thoughtful solutions to ensure every detail is accounted for. Our main objective is clear yet impactful: to improve the quality of life for participants and their families by providing tailored support that exceeds expectations.

Our journey began amidst an unexpected circumstance when we found ourselves suddenly redundant.
Rather than allowing this obstacle to discourage us, we decided to view it as a chance to keep supporting the community we care deeply for, Rather than it a setback in our lives.

At Little Things, we have a strong belief that bringing together and concentrating on the small, significant details can create meaningful and enduring positive impacts on the individuals we support.
During our adventure, we have found that in addition to our unique skills, enthusiasm, and knowledge, we also have similar characteristics and objectives in this field.
Our bond has grown stronger as we've faced obstacles together, marked achievements, and been there for each other through it all.

​Susan possesses a unique range of skills and knowledge. Susan is a committed, ambitious, and motivated professional with a strong desire to grow and thrive. She shows great initiative and eagerness to help the company grow and be profitable.
Susan thrives in establishing solid connections with participants/families, especially those with distinct and difficult requirements, through providing tailored products, services, and ground breaking solutions.
Susan's achievements stem from her dedication to comprehending participants/families needs and consistently carrying out tasks, processes, and procedures.

Her proactive attitude and effective communication abilities guarantee a top-notch participants/family experience and propel the company towards ongoing growth and success.
Jess, a valuable team member, adds a personal touch to our work. With three children, including two who have disabilities, Jess knows from personal experience how crucial it is to offer empathy, support, and effective communication in order to address the specific needs of families.
After working in different industries for more than 20 years, Jess is enthusiastic about leadership and promoting positive transformation. She excels in establishing cooperative atmospheres where individuals can all share their ideas and abilities to attain optimal results.
We are enthusiastic to engage with every family/participant and staff member at Little Things Support Services.
